Payment Information

  • Payment by NEFT / RTGS / Demand Draft payable to Endocrine Society of Telangana
  • Online payment link will be sent after form submission
  • Registration confirmed only after payment receipt
  • Keep transaction reference for correspondence

PG Student Requirements

  • Valid institution ID card mandatory
  • Letter from Head of Department required
  • Must be currently enrolled in postgraduate programme
  • Discounted rate applies only to registered PG students

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund if cancelled before 31st October 2026
  • 50% refund for cancellations between 1–15 November 2026
  • No refund after 15th November 2026
  • Substitution allowed with prior notification to Secretariat

CME Credits & Certificate

  • 4 CME credit points for eligible delegates
  • Certificates issued at the conference
  • Attendance at sessions mandatory for full credits
  • Digital certificates available post-conference

Abstract Submission

  • Abstracts for oral and poster presentations welcome
  • Submission via email to scientific committee
  • Word limit: 300 words; structured format preferred
